Trinal, Inc., working with Alderman Leslie Hairston’s office, has assisted in facilitating and conducting a number of workshops at Black United Fund of Illinois (BUFI), which is located in South Shore and which offers job preparedness programs and assist individuals who wish to start their own businesses. Alderman Leslie Hairston has sponsored three of these seminars this year in an attempt to inform and educate local residents about career opportunities in the construction trades. At those sessions, Trinal has coordinated the effort to ensure that various union representatives attended, presented, disseminated information, and answered questions of those who attended the sessions.
